We only ship weather permitting. If temperatures are hot in your location, we will be in touch to schedule your shipment dates. You must be over 21 to purchase and receive your wine. Deliveries must be signed for by someone over the age of 21. You have certified under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment of wine are at least 21 years old. It is preferable to send your wine to a business address if possible. If wine is sent to a residence, and you are not there, the shipment must be re-delivered. Shipping



All wine is sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to release your wine to a third party carrier who will deliver your order to you. Dos Lagos Vineyards sells and ships wine only to persons 21 years of age or older. .
