It is preferable to send your wine to a business address if possible. If wine is sent to a residence, and you are not there, the shipment must be re-delivered. All wine is sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order with us, you authorize us to release your wine to a third party carrier who will deliver your order to you.
